Scholastic Area
The assessment structure and examination for classes I to VIII comprises to two terms i.e. Term – 1 and Term – 2 as explained below:

Co-Scholastic Activities (Classes I – VIII): For the holistic development of the student, co-curricular activities in the following areas be carried out in CBSE affiliated schools by the teachers and will be graded term-wise on a 3-point grading scale ( A= Outstanding, B= Very Good and C=Fair). The aspect of regularity, sincere participation, output and teamwork be the generic criteria for grading in the following co-scholastic activities:
a) WorkEducation – Work Education refers to skill based activities
b) Computer and Art Education (Visual & Performing Art)
c) Health and Physical Education (Sports/MartialArts/Yoga/ N C C etc.)
Discipline(Class I – VIII): The Students will also be assessed for the discipline which will be based on the factors like attendance, sincerity, behaviour, values, tidiness, respectfulness for rules and regulations, attitude towards society, nation and others. Grading on Discipline will be done term-wise on a 3-point grading scale (A= Outstanding, B= Very Good and C=Fair).

Scholastic Area
i. Periodic Test (10 Marks): The school conducts three (3) Periodicwritten tests in the entire academic year and the average of the best two willbe taken.
ii. Note book Submission(5 Marks): Note Booksubmission as a part of internal assessment is aimed at enhancing seriousnessof students towards preparing notes for the topics being taught in theclassroom as well as assignments. This also addresses the critical aspect ofregularity, punctuality, neatness and notebook upkeep.
iii. * Subject Enrichment Activities(5 Marks):
iv. Session Ending Examination (IX)/Board Examination (X) (80 Marks): This exam isfor 80 Marks in each subject covering 100% syllabus of the subject of class IX / X only.

Co-Scholastic Area
Co-ScholasticActivities for classes IX & X: (WorkEducation, Art Education and Health& physical Education): The school promotes Co-curricular activitiesfor the holistic development of the student. These activities will be graded ona 5-point grading scale (A to E) and will have no descriptive indicators. No upscaling of grades will be done.
*Subject EnrichmentActivities:
These are subject specific application activitiesaimed at enrichment of the understanding and skill development.
ForLanguages: Activities to develop effectivespeaking and listening skills.
ForMathematics: laboratory activities and projects
For Science: practical works /activities
For Social Science: Map and project work.
